Its been around 6 months that I have been meditating. Even though I am not following any Human Guru except some good books written by some really good and intelligent people, I can say that meditation has brought some amazing positive changes in my lifestyle and to the way I think.
Well, here I want to discuss the amazing experience I had on 26th, the day after Christmas this month. I was as usual doing my regular meditation, and as usual, I was lost somewhere. Somehow I don't remember what I experience in those lost moments. My brain register it as me sleeping. :-)
So, finally, after a few minutes or maybe half an hour, when i regained my consciousness, I opened my eyes. My room is dark, with a steetlight pouring inside the room from the curtained windows. Still, the light is not that bright to let me see everything clearly in my dark room.
I have made it my practice to do a "pranam" to the Infinite All, after I open my eyes and then go to sleep. But this time, when i tried to do the parnam with my hands, I felt really strange.
I was not able to feel my body. I was very well aware of the fact that I was sitting with my eyes open, I can feel my head, but below the head, I was not able to make out anything. Even though I was aware I have a body, I was somehow not able to connect with it. The will power was not going beyond my head.
The feeling was very strange. Finally, after 5 minutes of struggling with this freezing of body, I managed to move my hand up (a simple act which actually made me sweat in the night).
This is the most extraordinary experience I had in these 6 months. It helped me understand the fact really well, that our body is just an instrument to be attuned with the ONE. I am still feeling so good. :-)

Hmm, interesting, carry on girl, carry on.
Here, I have something for you. You may just want to read this in Hindi :):
Invocation
Om. May the different limbs of my body, my tongue, prana, eyes, ears and my strength and also all the other sense—organs be nourished! All, indeed, is Brahman, as is declared in the Upanishads. May I never deny Brahman! May Brahman never deny me! May there never be denial on my part! May all the virtues described in the Upanishads belong to me, who am devoted to Atman! Yea, may they all belong to me! Om. Peace! Peace! Peace!
